What We Collect
When you create an account or register a team, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and profile details (date of birth, position, preferred foot, jersey number, profile photo). For team registrations, we additionally collect each player's name, date of birth, and a photo of their Aadhaar card.
Why We Collect It
This information is used solely to run PKFA tournaments — verifying player age eligibility for age-restricted categories, contacting team captains, managing registrations, and maintaining accurate records for tournament administration.
Aadhaar Cards
Aadhaar card photos are used exclusively for age and identity verification. They are stored securely and are only accessible to PKFA administrators — never shared, sold, or used for any purpose beyond tournament eligibility checks.
What's Public
Approved team names, logos, and player names may be displayed publicly on this website (e.g. team listings, tournament rosters) so participants and spectators can follow the competition. Phone numbers, emails, dates of birth, and Aadhaar details are never made public.
Data Storage
Data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database provider. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
